Prohibited actions include:

• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk exporting data;
• Reverse-engineering, circumventing security, or overloading the service;
• Submitting malware or unlawful content;
• Using the Services to generate or amplify spam, fraud, harassment, or discriminatory content/decisions;
• Uploading PHI, full cardholder data, or export-controlled data without a signed addendum;
• Attempting to identify individuals from de-identified or aggregated data.

Enforcement may include warnings, rate-limiting, suspension, or termination.
