What we collect & why

• Your chat messages, transcript, and device/usage data to run the interview, improve quality, and share results with the hiring team.
• We do not capture audio or video, and we do not create biometric templates.

How long we keep it

• Recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 24 months (or shorter if required by the employer) unless law requires longer retention.

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data as explained in our Privacy Policy.
